Edge UVs causing duplicate vertecies

Hi, how can I make CountVertecies not count UVs as vertecies? I know I have 8 vertecies and 12 UVs because I made the mesh myself. It has more UVs because it has separate UV shells, but where the edge UVs are, Blitz thinks the 2 UVs there are 2 vertecies! Please help if you can. I need to either make CountVertecies count 8 vertecies, or probably more likely find some way to weld all very near vertecies, though actually they're in the exact same place. |
