hi..
i want to use character for my games...

i learn about bones, sking, and animate command with this forum.

with bones, i use skin modifier and make the character animations...
export the b3d, and use this command to animate my character.

Animate cm_human,2,.013,animation,15

for example, i need to make my character drive the car, with all animations, steer, feets, hands, head, etc.

can i in blitz, move a bone of my character, and the skin mesh will follow that movement bone?

Yes you can move the bones in an animated b3d model and the mesh will follow.

It's been a while since I've done any animation in b3d but I *think* that you need to rotate/scale/position the bones after the updateworld command...someone else should be able to confirm that.
