hi, i draw a scenary, 867 polys, and when i want export to .b3d fails... crash 3d program....

i try with a cube only, and the cube export sussesfull, but, with my mesh, i can...

what could be the fail?

very interesting what is it? i don't use pipeline but it might be that you have an odd modifier applied to your mesh that the exporter doesn't like. i get the same problems in maya if i expot to .obj or certain other formats. mostly a problem wih booleens and such.

i change the materials on 3d, and that fixs the problem...

maibe the pipeline have incompatibilities with some type of materials in 3d program..

Have you tried triangulating your model then exporting.
plus you have a lot of ngons which it might not like.

yes, but the problem, is the materials...

maibe the "face map" option, or maibe the "diffuse texture"...

when i replace the materials, the b3d export finish the procces witout problems...

Before you export ALWAYS use the preview function in the exporter. If it previews fine then you will always have a backup copy of the B3D file in your 'plugins' folder named 'temp.b3d'. Just rename the file and copy it to where ever you want it to be.

The exporter crashes very often for me but a preview always works and so it makes little difference in the end.

the problem, is one texture... when i off the option "export texture" then works perfects..

when i use preview, crashh too with the texture...

now i go to use the pipeline materials...

What formst is the texture in and what size is it?

there is a problem, i can detect exactly what texture make the crash, i have 5 texture maps, jpgs, bmp...
all works alone, but when i mix in one mesh, crash..

the solution, i use b3d materials...
