Can anybody explain to me how to prevent the camera (witch is moveable by the player) from going through my 3d models.

Parent it to a pivot which has a collision sphere applied.

The downside of this is that it can potentially get caught behind objects so you might need a bit of extra work.

Personally I have a pivot for where I want the cam to be. Then measure the distance between where the cam and where you want it to be. If it's too far then switch collision off the cam for a moment so it'll spring into the right place.
