I need code that can render a textured mesh using multiple lights and/or a lightmap.

you don't need code to render a lightmap, it's static. All you have to do is load it.

Use gile[s] to lightmap your level. Beyond that, I second Rob, be more specific.

As far as I know, lightmapping is a static way of lighting
the mesh but you ask for dynamic lighting right?
