Does anyone know how to create a special file (with my own extension [i.e. ".buggy"]), attach it to an email, and send the email to someone, all automatically?

Basically, I want to know how to do "the Naked War effect."

I'm almost certain that someone had a DLL which could do this, and was going to upload it. I can't remember if they ever did. Try a forum search. I have a vague recollection that Grisu asked for it and that it was Brice Manuel who had written it. However, I could be completely mistaken on either or both counts because it is just a vague recollection.

Thanks.

I found the email lib (from Yan), and it's way over my head, but how can I make my own file extension?

If you link me to the email lib from Yan, I may be able ot help ( or maybe not, but it's worth a try. )

When you say make your own file extension, do you mean you want to register the extension with Windows so that double clicking on a file of that type will run your game? If not, can you explain in more detail?

Yeah. That sounds like work though. I mean like the Pickford Bros. did in Naked War.

Here's the link:

Then there's this too, although I don't know if it's the same:
