If you have programs like Lotus SmartSuite or Paint Shop Pro, they have utilities that capture portions of the screen for you!

Also, there are many small programs on the market that captures screens for you as well?

Irfanview can be set up so that it snapshots your desktop every {x} minutes/seconds....
