Is there a free or cheap program that can make songs or symphonies with computerized instruments?

I would recommend Skaletracker.

I don't you try something more powerfull? try to search cubase SX, or Reason. the best music creators. it's not cheap. But if you have Edonkey or Kazaa....... Cheers

Hey guys come on...take it easy. It's not a crime to mention a few programs.... crime is to Transmit copyrighted Software. I didn't knew you guys were so touchy on this kind of things. but it's ok...my bad =P.
