b3d export woes

i have a max 6 model that used physique, i used armyknife to convert it to a skin, exported it with b3dpipeline, (switched off the extras) in the b3d viewer it correctly animates, and also in unwrap3d but in blitz3d with LoadAnimMesh and Animate it doesn't animate at all.,

if i replace the file with other animated b3ds they work fine, i verified the code a few ways, even used the simple help example.

any ideas?

i ran it through ultimate unwrap, load/save and it works now. cheers brad
