i want to turn off the closedown x so that the player cant turn off the game without saving. also is there anyway to start a program minimized, or with no screen at all (if you dont use a graphics command it pulls up the dos screen, i think) thanks in advance

To trap the close button being pressed, you can use the Blitzclose DLL. Get it here: www.melog.ch/dl/blitzclose.zip [edit] Just to make it clear: I didn't write this.
