I made my first game but I want a different icon instead of the default icon so how can I change the icon?

Using a 3rd part program like ResHacker (free) allows you to change the embedded icon.

Blitz3D generates an EXE file for your game, and you can change the icon of that file with an external tool like xlsior mentioned.
