Blitz language help

Hello

I would like to know if there is any help system in multi-lingual implementationand if there is a possibility of impact on it.

a few words

For me one of the compiler is Blitz3D was developed for 2d and 3d games therefore surprised me various shortcomings such as the lack of choice of language, and preferably as multilingual or lack of built-in commands:
SaveMesh
SaveAnimMesh

1. as regards the entry already in another topic he touched upon it. I think about something else, namely:

Why not have this as built-in commands in the B3D????????? as for example:

saveimage

Is it possible to do this in the B3D by their creators? (Update?)

2. you mentioned to me about whether it is possible to implement different language in B3D than English?
