Where update DirectX?

Hello, I have a problem, to run certain applications asking me these four libraries . D3DCompiler_43.dll d3dx9_36.dll D3DX9_43.dll d3dx11_43.dll I'm working on Windows 7, but I guess they are DirectX 11 files , and do not know how to update my DirectX 11 . Any suggestions .

D3DX9 is DirectX 9: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429 (You can have DX9.0c and DX11 both installed at the same time)

Install latest DirectX drivers, if it still fails install Direct X Runtime which usually ships on most games.

Hello XLSIOR the download link medice me that the components are already installed , however the continued application asking these dll , what I did was download them manually and it works. that is not what happens.
