Not sure what your talking about, you want the SDK to be in a .DLL/.DECLS?

@rtur(Posted 2007) [#3]
You can use your DLLs from BMax, PureBasic etc..

No pb with the DLL. With Blitz3D you need a ".DLL", a ".DECLS", sometime like Ashadow YOU NEED a ".BB". The "include file", that's the problem. The Ashdow.bb >> 7388 lines of code for example.

Yea, my framework(libs that I use in all games) has 30 000 - 40 000 lines of code.

Some code can be easy converted by this tool: http://www.blitzmax.com/Community/posts.php?topic=70134
Other must be rewritten by hands...

So? Is that B3D SDK's problem? There's another kid on the block but that does not mean you must use it. If you have invested a lot of time and money in B3D then just keep on using it. If you are itching to start using some other language and B3D SDK then the solution is easy. Start building the whole shebang all over again. I did it a lot of time during my programming career and I am not complaining.
