Mac App Store renewal

So, I just renewed my Mac App Store subscription (alongside with a iOS one); I now have one question that you guys may help me out: I just saw on my keychain access that my certificates are only valid until April 14th, 2012.

Do I need to go through all the hassle in the developer portal again, generate new certificates, and re-sign and re-submit every app I have in the store?

Or I can safely just "ignore it" and things will keep working?

No one went through this and could share the experience?? =(

You don't have to generate new certificates.

Keeping your account authorized will keep your apps up for sale, you don't need to re-submit.

XCode can renew expired certificates, thought it has always failed for me. I've always had to re-make the certs and then re-make the provisioning profiles etc. PITA but only happens once a year so I deal with it. Again, XCode is supposed to be able to renew them for you, but it just never works for me...
