Terrain editor for Mac OS X

Hey You In the Bushes(Posted 2011) [#1]
Hey guys! I'm using BlitzMax + MiniB3D and I would like to get a rad terrain editor to use, but the good ones I've found only run on Windows. Any great Mac counterparts you can recommend?

Thanks!

A way could be to download the free Indie version of Unity, paint your heightmap, export&import and interpret the RAW data. Of course this only gives you the geometry without any uv/texturing information. You would have to do this step on your own. Beware, you might be tempted using Unity for doing terrain stuff solely.

Not OSX, but Dans T.Ed is pretty nifty, which I've converted his scene importer to BlitzMax/mini3D (Which runs on Windows,OSX and Linux):-

Blitzmax loader: http://www.indiecodez.com/forum/index.php/topic,156.0.html

I'm currently using it for my project, I know its exactly not what you want, but, I've threw it in there anyway! :)
