Weird problem with Macmail on Leopard

| My brother just got an iMac, and he and his wife use Virgin Media (Blueyonder) in the UK. I set up his macmail and everything's all fine apart from a weird anomaly: if he sends an email to his wife's email address, she doesn't get it. Everyone else gets emails he's sent to them, and she gets emails he sends using the Blueyonder webmail - but without exception she doesn't receive emails he sends to her using macmail. Can anyone advise me on this? |

| First off, is her MacMail address correct ? Can she send herself a MacMail and receive it ? |
