They've just released 10.3.8 but it fails to install here, saying "this volume does not meet the requirements for this update", despite having 22.1GB free. Nice of them to explain what the problem is exactly...

See if you have any more luck...

Ah, there we go...

http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/macosxupdate1038combo.html

For some reason, the 'delta' (eg. 10.3.7 to 10.3.8) installs have never worked for me. The 'combo' install seems to do the trick...

WARNING!
I have some compiled (on 10.3.7) BlitzMax-examples here that did run very smooth before the update but don't start anymore. I'll look into it tonight at home...

Hm, no problem here.
There are two different stand alone installers of the update, regarding which OSX you have installed before. I recommend to download the update via Finder.

I think my problem was related to my iDisk. I ran the programs from there. Gonna try 10.3.8 now...

guys, remember to verify/repair permissions before AND after any update.

@James: maybe you're having problems because you haven't updated your sig? just kidding

=)
