The "Quick Help" menu or keyboard shortcut (cmd-F1) doesn't seem to be working on my machine. Is anyone else seeing this?

-Richard.

Are you holding down the fn key (if you are on a laptop, that is)? i.e. Cmd-Fn-F1

This is on my desktop machine, however, I have so many keyboard assignments associated with various apps the problem could easily be at my end (hence the post). The F1 key is extremely useful with Blits3D (on my PC) that I am keen to get it working with BM!

cheers,
Richard.

I've never had a problem with it ... CMD+F1 calls up help for me.

For me it only works when the cursor/insertion point/carret is somewhere on the word, not if the world is selected. Is this what you're experiencing?

Note, I would appreciate this addressed at some point though it isn't very important, just annoying.

That's it - I had the whole word selected - having the cursor in the word works fine!

thanks,
Richard.

Oh, jolly good then. Just thought I would mention the fn key thing because I believe a few people here bought Macs to run BM on and may be new to the whole thing :)

I can honestly say that's the only reason I bought a powerbook... :)
