| Pretty cool. I was very negative toward Linux because of the experience I had with it ages ago but after messing about with Kubuntu for a couple of hours I'm very impressed with how far its come. Installation from windows went without a hitch and the Kubuntu Desktop is nothing short of Genius. That's all! :) |

| Personal preferences are a funny thing. I found the KDE desktop overloaded and too playful to still be efficient. I prefer Xfce and even Unity over KDE. Good thing we have so many choices. :) |

| IMO kubuntu is a great innovation of the KDE desktop and Ubuntu 12.04. Unity, cinnamon and KDE are my favorite "eye candy" desktop UI's for Linux ATM. @winni: The plasma desktop for netbooks is much lighter than plain old KDE. |
