Just found this, http://www.elivecd.org/ It looks really nice and according to the laptop hardware tests on the forum supports my laptop 100% Have not had time to try it yet, has anyone else given it a go?

Hmph, looks like a reg distro with a bunch of mods. Realllly good video player though.

I donated 5 euros and downloaded it. I really like the interface/gui, its really minimal and quite fast to use and the 'night' one looks great. hmmm....

Looks really good, but Elive is far from being a new distro.

Lol, i assumed it was fairly new as i have not seen it before now and there is so little forum activity.
