New patch script for BlitzMax 1.50. Second script to be used on a clean BlitzMax extraction.

This problem has been around since BlitzMax 1.48.

He wrote in the "BlitzMax Bug Reports" - I assume "no sound" is a bug. Ok the report misses: it does not work when using linux.
