latest doc/manual version?

Hi there,

could not find any better place where to ask a stupid question.
where can i check for the latest release of blitz3d and it's manual?

my corrent release is 1.99 and the docs has come whit it is Docs Version: 1.62

Is this the latest release?

Latest version is 1.99
Latest docs 1.88
