I'm not sure if this was reported, but a Blitz powered TCP Server can only sustain 64 players. A freind of mine who has a freind who programmed in blitz discovered that. I'm making on online game, but if Blitz can only support 64 players and on the 65 the server conks out, how am I to continue knowing this bug?

I have been able to handle 100+ TCP connections in a blitz app before. Not tested in the most recent versions though.

Sure it was TCP and not DirectPlay, which has this restriction.

i have done some testing myself..

i came up with 85 players on one tcp server in blitz pluss.

no problem at all ?

new record of mine hardware is 174 clients and 1 server.

i also tested same code with blitz3d.. it rocks !
i come upp to 170.. ned more harware to test more :)
